With over 30% of children being overweight or obese, nutrition and physical activity are critical for child health. This session will cover obesity statistics, how to implement nutrition and physical activity practices, and how to address challenges to healthy food and physical activity. Practical strategies, best practices, and resources will be shared to help create a culture of health for the children, families, and staff they serve. Seminars will be presented via Zoom, and a Zoom link will be sent to registered participants several days before each seminar.
