If you experience any difficulty while using TECPDS and need assistance, you can go to the TECPDS homepage and select the Help button at the top of the page.
A user can choose to search for a How to Guide on a subject or Submit a Help Ticket.
If you choose to “Submit a Help Ticket,” you will enter all of the information requested so that the Client Support Analysts may best assist you. You may also take a screenshot of the issue and upload it into the ticket.
TECPDS also has a How-To Guide section. If you are experiencing difficulties, you can also search with a keyword to find a how-to guide that matches your needs.
